About the Role

As a New Graduate Nurse at Fresenius Medical Care in Syracuse, you will join the hemodialysis team in the capacity of a Registered Nurse Applicant. Working under the guidance and supervision of an experienced Staff Registered Nurse, you will deliver safe, high-quality patient care each day while building hands-on expertise. This full-time, on-site position is designed for early-career nurses who want structured mentorship as they transition from the classroom to the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, day-to-day care to dialysis patients as part of a collaborative health care team.
• Perform clinical duties under the direction of a supervising Staff Registered Nurse.
• Follow Fresenius Medical Care policies, procedures, and training standards in every patient interaction.

• Contribute to a safe treatment environment while developing your renal nursing competencies.

Qualifications

• Recent nursing graduate eligible to function as a Registered Nurse Applicant in New York State.
• Willingness to work under the supervision and mentorship of a Staff Registered Nurse.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and to following established clinical protocols.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach to delivering quality care.
• Available for a full-time, on-site schedule in Syracuse, Onondaga County (this role is not remote).
