About the Role

As a Server and Dietary Aide at New Perspective, you'll play a vital role in our dining operations, ensuring that every resident enjoys a satisfying meal in a welcoming environment. This full-time position combines front-of-house service with behind-the-scenes support, giving you the opportunity to make a real difference in residents' daily lives through attentive, compassionate care.

What You'll Do

• Serve meals and beverages to residents with attention to dietary needs and preferences
• Set and maintain clean, inviting dining areas that meet health and safety standards
• Assist residents during mealtimes, providing support and engaging in meaningful conversations
• Support kitchen staff with food preparation and meal assembly tasks
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols throughout dining operations
• Clear tables, wash dishes, and maintain kitchen and dining facility cleanliness
• Communicate dietary restrictions and special requests to kitchen and management staff
