BDR Enablement Manager

Join Braze as a BDR Enablement Manager based in London, UK. This is a full-time opportunity to lead the training, development, and operational excellence of a high-performing Business Development Representative team, working within a collaborative and ambitious sales enablement group.

The Opportunity

As a BDR Enablement Manager at Braze, you'll take ownership of equipping our Business Development Representatives with the tools, knowledge, and coaching required to exceed performance targets and drive consistent revenue growth. This role combines strategic enablement planning with hands-on leadership, allowing you to directly shape how our BDR team engages prospects, qualifies leads, and builds pipeline for the enterprise sales division. You'll work with a supportive leadership team in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment where your contributions are recognised and valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and continuously refine training programmes and onboarding curricula for new and existing BDRs
• Create sales enablement materials, playbooks, and resources that equip Business Development Representatives to conduct effective prospecting conversations and discovery calls
• Provide regular one-to-one coaching and mentorship to drive individual performance, confidence, and career development
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to identify skill gaps, coaching opportunities, and process improvements across the team
• Partner with sales operations and product teams to ensure BDRs have access to the latest tools, market intelligence, and product knowledge
• Support hiring, interview, and team-building initiatives to strengthen capability and quality

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales enablement, sales operations, or BDR management role
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performance sales teams
• Strong understanding of BDR functions, metrics, KPIs, and go-to-market dynamics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences
• Experience creating training content and delivering enablement programmes
• Analytical mindset and comfort working with sales data and performance reporting
• Based in London, UK, and willing to work on-site
