About the Role
As a Special Agent with the U.S. Secret Service, you'll take on a part-time position within one of the nation's most respected federal law enforcement agencies. You'll be part of a diverse team of highly trained professionals dedicated to investigating federal crimes and safeguarding the country's financial and security interests.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive investigations into counterfeiting, financial crimes, fraud, and threats to national security
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize intelligence to support investigative and protective operations
- Interview witnesses, suspects, and subjects to develop investigative leads and build cases
- Prepare detailed case reports and documentation to support prosecution and agency operations
- Coordinate with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies on joint investigations
- Execute surveillance and undercover operations in support of agency missions
- Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and confidentiality requirements
What We're Looking For
- U.S. citizenship with a valid driver's license
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance
- Willingness to undergo extensive background investigation, medical evaluation, and drug screening
- Strong investigative mindset with superior analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Physical capability to perform the demands of investigative fieldwork
- Demonstrated integrity, courage, and commitment to public service
