Join MTrec Commercial as a Customer Service Coordinator in Newcastle Upon Tyne, Tyne & Wear. This full-time permanent position offers the opportunity to deliver excellent customer service whilst working within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
Role Overview
As a Customer Service Coordinator with MTrec Commercial in Newcastle, you'll be integral to our customer support operations. You'll work Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 19:00 (8-hour shifts), with alternate Saturdays from 09:00 to 13:00 forming part of your rota. Your permanent contract comes with a structured training programme, and you'll develop your skills alongside approachable colleagues who genuinely enjoy what they do. You'll build meaningful relationships with our customer base and contribute directly to their satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and requests across multiple communication channels
- Process orders and customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and promptly
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records and account details
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Support the wider team in delivering consistent, high-quality service
