The Opportunity
Join a dynamic property maintenance team where your expertise in gardening and grounds management will directly enhance the quality of life for our clients. As an Advanced and Smart Gardener, you'll deliver professional, reliable care across a diverse range of properties whilst building a sustainable career through repeat client relationships and referral-based growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Design and maintain gardens, lawns, and outdoor spaces to the highest standards
- Perform pool maintenance and cleaning services
- Execute garage maintenance and spring cleaning projects
- Carry out basic plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Perform basic electrical fixing and troubleshooting
- Provide office and house cleaning services
- Clean windows and patio areas
- Assist with event preparation and party support
- Support clients with removals and moving assistance
- Offer pet care services, including dog walking
- Provide driving support and transportation services as needed
Who We're Looking For
- Advanced gardening and horticulture skills with proven track record
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple property maintenance tasks efficiently
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication with clients
- Valid driver's licence preferred
- Multiple professional references from satisfied clients
- Reliability and punctuality in all engagements
- Physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions
