QA (Compliance) Technician

The Opportunity

Piramal Pharma Limited is seeking a detail-oriented QA (Compliance) Technician to support our contract development and manufacturing operations. In this full-time position, you will work across our integrated global network to ensure every product meets strict quality standards and regulatory requirements. This is an ideal role for someone committed to excellence in pharmaceutical quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections and testing of materials and finished products according to established standard operating procedures
• Document and maintain comprehensive records of quality assurance activities and test results
• Verify compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, company policies, and good manufacturing practice (GMP) guidelines
• Support manufacturing teams by identifying quality issues and recommending corrective actions
• Collaborate with quality assurance, manufacturing, and regulatory teams to maintain product integrity throughout the development and manufacturing lifecycle
• Perform routine audits and inspections of equipment, facilities, and processes

Who We're Looking For

• Secondary education (12th pass) or equivalent qualification; post-secondary technical or scientific qualification preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all quality-related tasks
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical quality standards, GMP, or manufacturing processes (or demonstrated willingness to learn)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to follow procedures precisely and work effectively within a regulated environment
• Organisational skills and ability to manage multiple quality assurance activities
