Our talent team is representing a confidential dating platform serving millions of members worldwide. We're seeking a Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end design across critical surfaces including onboarding, discovery, messaging, and monetization experiences. This is a rare opportunity to work at massive scale within a lean, experiment-driven environment where your design decisions directly impact both member experience and business outcomes.

You'll be working on a mature product undergoing significant modernization, designing for a global, diverse membership while helping rebuild the design foundation. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, engineering, research, and data—requiring both exceptional craft and commercial pragmatism.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design from discovery and problem framing through interaction design, visual polish, and delivery across multiple product surfaces
• Design monetization experiences—paywalls, consumables, and subscription flows—that balance member value with commercial impact and feel like a natural part of the product
• Work in an experiment-led manner, designing for A/B tests with clear hypotheses, iterating based on results, and making data-informed decisions
• Contribute to evolving design system foundations, creating patterns and components that raise consistency and quality across a large product
• Collaborate closely with product managers, researchers, data scientists, and engineers to frame problems, validate hypotheses, and synthesize insights
• Ship pragmatically within a lean team, making trade-offs explicit and knowing when to pursue ideal experiences versus well-reasoned iterations
• Design for a global, inclusive audience across many markets, languages, devices, and platform requirements
• Apply AI-powered tools responsibly to accelerate exploration, improve accessibility, and personalize experiences
• Provide precise design critique while elevating team craft standards and modeling high-quality work

What We're Looking For

• 5-8 years of experience delivering end-to-end product design for mobile experiences, from ambiguity to release
• Strong product thinking: you frame problems before solutions, connect design decisions to user and business outcomes, and think in systems
• Commercial fluency and comfort designing monetization experiences that feel fair and well-crafted rather than bolt-on
• Pragmatism with constraints: you thrive in lean, fast-moving teams and are energized by modernizing mature products
• Experience in experiment-driven environments, designing for A/B tests and iterating based on results
• Strong visual and interaction design craft with polished, considered work that demonstrates deep understanding of digital experiences
• Intentional process: rigour and purpose from problem framing through execution details like transitions
• Ability to balance user empathy with commercial pragmatism, knowing when to push for ideal versus shipping well-reasoned versions
• Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping tools, using them to think and communicate
• Grounding in inclusive design principles, accessibility standards, and global design mindset
• Curiosity about AI's role in product experiences with ethical and creative application
• Full ownership: you drive work to conclusion, communicate proactively, and build cross-disciplinary trust
