Partner Marketing Manager EMEA- Growth

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization in their search for a Partner Marketing Manager to lead co-marketing initiatives across EMEA and Asia Pacific. This role offers genuine strategic influence—you'll own the partner marketing function across two high-growth regions, building joint programmes with implementation partners and international resellers that directly contribute to pipeline and revenue.

You'll work at the intersection of partner relationships, demand generation, and regional sales strategy, translating solution narratives into scalable campaigns that extend market reach through the ecosystem. This is a rare opportunity to shape how a platform provider grows through its channel, with the autonomy to build, measure, and optimize programmes that matter.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute joint marketing plans with systems integrators and implementation partners across EMEA and APAC, using webinars, events, digital campaigns, and executive roundtables to generate demand and advance pipeline
• Build scalable, repeatable marketing programmes and campaign-in-a-box toolkits for international resellers, enabling them to create and progress opportunities independently
• Align all partner activity to core buying motions and sales objectives, ensuring campaigns are solution-focused, regionally relevant, and tied to clear pipeline and bookings targets
• Develop trusted relationships with key partners and reseller leaders; collaborate with partner account managers to identify joint opportunities and maintain partner engagement
• Coordinate across Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Campaigns, and Sales teams to adapt global content for partner use while respecting local market nuance
• Track programme performance against KPIs, analyze results across campaigns and regions, and deliver insight-rich reporting to internal stakeholders and partners
• Manage partner marketing budget, including Marketing Development Funds (MDF) and co-op allocations, investing strategically in the partners and markets with greatest return potential

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience in technology or software, including direct partner or channel marketing responsibility
• Proven experience marketing across multiple international markets—particularly EMEA and/or Asia Pacific—with cultural and regional sensitivity
• Strong demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) capabilities, with confidence building campaigns around outcomes and solutions rather than products alone
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing technology: CRM platforms (Salesforce), marketing automation, web analytics, CMS, and business intelligence dashboards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence senior partner and internal stakeholders with credibility and clarity
• Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery skills and a bias toward action
• Desirable: experience with global DXP systems integrators, reseller/distributor programme design, martech or digital experience products, or AI-led marketing use cases
