(Senior) International B2B Account Manager (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce client in their search for a Senior International B2B Account Manager. This is a permanent position based in Munich, with flexible remote options available. You'll play a pivotal role in developing B2B sales strategy and driving growth across international markets within the home furnishings sector.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand the B2B customer segment by establishing strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and project developers across European markets
• Develop and grow existing accounts to achieve regional sales targets
• Lead the complete sales cycle independently, from prospecting and pitching through to project closure, utilizing data and AI-supported tools for opportunity identification and pipeline optimization
• Support the development of large-scale B2B projects and contribute to establishing internal processes that enable business scaling
• Develop and implement retention and upselling initiatives for your assigned region while continuously monitoring customer satisfaction metrics
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic presentations and represent the organization at professional events, conferences, and trade fairs

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional experience with a proven track record in business development and account management within the B2B furniture, home and living, or design industry
• Experience working in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities with precision and efficiency
• Ability to structure and manage complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders at various organizational levels
• An established network within the European design community
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to revenue growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English as well as Spanish and/or French; additional European languages are advantageous
