Teamleiter Logistik (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential logistics organization seeking a Team Leader for their fulfillment operations in Nürnberg. In this role, you will serve as the operational backbone of daily warehouse activities, leading a team of 20+ warehouse associates through coaching, motivation, and hands-on support.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Team Leadership: Direct, motivate, and inspire your team daily. You'll be their primary point of contact, maintaining an open-door policy while actively fostering their professional development.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team leaders and shift management to proactively manage fulfillment center processes and maintain a positive, supportive work environment.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure all orders leave the facility on time, safely, and meeting quality standards. Remain calm and solution-focused during high-pressure situations.
• Process Improvement: Contribute ideas and work with leadership to continuously optimize logistics workflows. Encourage your team to think critically and participate actively in improvements.

What We're Looking For

• Completed vocational training in logistics, hospitality, gastronomy, or a related field
• Alternatively, minimum 1 year of experience in team leadership or a similar supervisory role within logistics
• Fluent German and good English skills for communication within an international team
• Flexibility to work two-shift rotation (6:00–14:30 and 14:30–23:00, including Saturdays) in a 37.5-hour work week
• Passion for working with people and willingness to work hands-on alongside your team
