Global Marketing Director (m/w/d) Onkologie

Responsibilities

We are representing a global pharmaceutical organization in the oncology sector for this senior marketing leadership role. You will:

• Develop and execute global brand and portfolio strategy for oncology products across the entire product lifecycle
• Lead and optimize global product launches in close collaboration with international and local teams
• Manage a team and coordinate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and other key stakeholders
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global marketing team while fostering innovation-driven collaboration
• Present strategic recommendations to senior management and represent the organization at international congresses and with external stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Business Administration, or comparable field; MBA is a plus
• Several years of experience in international pharmaceutical marketing with a focus on oncology, including strategic brand and portfolio management
• Proven track record of leading global product launches and developing sustainable growth strategies
• Strong leadership competency and experience working in international, cross-functional organizations with stakeholder management
• Fluent German and English language skills, negotiation-level proficiency required
