(Senior) Onboarding Sales Enablement Manager

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential enterprise software organization seeking a senior-level professional to architect and execute a world-class Account Executive onboarding program. In this role, you will:

• Design, execute, and continuously optimize a comprehensive 30-60-90 day onboarding program for Commercial and Enterprise Account Executives globally
• Own and manage the junior sales executives yearly talent development program
• Bridge technical and value selling by teaching new hires how to navigate complex enterprise ecosystems (ERP, CRM, Supply Chain) and position advanced analytics platforms to C-level executives
• Embed sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC seamlessly into the onboarding curriculum
• Facilitate and coach through high-impact live training sessions, workshops, boot camps, and role-play certifications focused on discovery, pitching, and negotiation
• Define, track, and report on key onboarding metrics including time-to-first-deal and core competency milestones, leveraging data to constantly refine the program
• Collaborate across GTM functions, partnering closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Product teams to align onboarding content with shifting business goals
• Stay current on the platform, use cases, and value proposition to ensure enablement aligns with best practices
• Take a data-based approach in conjunction with analytics teams, reviewing, measuring, and evaluating enablement impact to foster continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred
• Experience in Sales Enablement, Program Management, or a quota-carrying enterprise B2B sales role (AE or BDR) within a high-growth SaaS, data, or cloud infrastructure company
• Ability to quickly master complex platforms and articulate data architecture, analytics, and workflow automation in clear business-value terms
• Familiarity with modern enablement tech stacks such as Highspot, Seismic, Salesforce, or modern LMS platforms
• Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience working in a high-velocity, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
• Willingness to travel to key locations where in-person training sessions are conducted, primarily Munich and the US East Coast
• Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages such as German, French, or Spanish is an advantage
