- Establish clear artistic direction and provide regular feedback to ensure assets remain consistent, polished, and aligned with the game's identity

- Track milestones, production progress, and deliverables using project management tools including Jira and Confluence
- Provide regular feedback, guidance, and mentorship to the art team while maintaining alignment with schedules and quality expectations
- Contribute to development of new arenas, seasonal content, cosmetics, and post-launch experiences
- Work cross-functionally to identify and resolve technical or production challenges affecting artistic quality or delivery timelines
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, or related discipline with substantial professional game production experience
- Minimum 7 years professional experience in the gaming industry, with exposure to full development lifecycle from pre-production through live operations
- Proven experience directing or significantly contributing to at least one shipped AA or AAA game
- Hands-on experience creating stylized games with hand-painted textures and maintaining distinctive, cohesive visual identity
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across traditional art, 3D art, animation, UI/UX, and concept art with consistently high craftsmanship standards
- Deep knowledge of multidisciplinary art production including 2D, 3D, animation, modeling, rigging, texturing, shaders, and UI/UX
- Professional proficiency in Maya and Substance Painter
- Strong experience with Unreal Engine and 3D art production pipelines
- Demonstrated ability to solve technical and production challenges collaboratively across engineering, design, and cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to improve production workflows and increase creative output and operational efficiency
- Strong project management and organizational skills with experience tracking milestones and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with Jira and Confluence; familiarity with Jira Advanced Roadmaps or Jira Plans is a significant advantage
- Excellent leadership, communication, mentoring, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to provide clear artistic direction while remaining hands-on in day-to-day production
- Comfortable working autonomously in a distributed, globally remote environment
- Strong collaborative mindset with ability to communicate effectively across creative and technical disciplines
