Senior Solutions Engineer – Healthtech

We are representing a fast-growing healthtech organization that is transforming how medical professionals manage their clinical workflows. Our client supports millions of patient sessions globally and has experienced exceptional growth. They are now seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join their London team and help scale their enterprise sales motion across healthcare systems and providers.

This is a high-impact technical sales role where you'll bridge the gap between complex healthcare IT environments and innovative AI-driven solutions. You'll work directly with hospital systems, clinics, and healthcare organizations to design and validate technical solutions that integrate seamlessly into existing infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise and mid-market healthcare prospects to understand integration, security, and compliance requirements
• Design tailored solutions in collaboration with product and engineering teams that meet customer needs while aligning with platform capabilities
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and architecture presentations to technical stakeholders including IT, information security, and engineering teams
• Own technical responses for RFPs, security assessments, and due diligence requests with meticulous attention to detail
• Proactively identify and resolve technical concerns that could delay sales cycles, serving as a trusted technical advisor
• Partner with implementation teams to ensure smooth post-sale transitions and provide field feedback to product and engineering
• Navigate complex enterprise requirements including EMR integrations, SSO configurations, custom data workflows, and security architecture

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or enterprise software environments
• Strong working knowledge of integration protocols including REST APIs, SAML/OIDC, and SCIM
• Solid understanding of enterprise architecture and security standards
• Experience supporting sales cycles with large healthcare providers, health systems, or EMR vendors is highly valued
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR or HL7 is a significant plus
• Ability to synthesize complex technical concepts and communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Track record as a trusted partner to sales teams and credible voice with customer technical leaders
• Experience in healthtech, startups, or regulated industries is a bonus
