About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization that is reshaping how clinicians access and utilize clinical knowledge. Our client is building clinical decision support tools free from commercial influence, and they need a Partnerships Associate to help establish relationships with the institutions that hold the world's medical knowledge—journals, publishers, guideline bodies, professional societies, and NHS organizations.

This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, evidence gathering, and strategic operations. You'll manage complex outreach programs, build AI-agent workflows to scale repetitive tasks, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks across hundreds of contacts, documents, and deadlines. This position starts part-time and can grow based on your capacity and impact.

The role is particularly well-suited for an F3 or F4 doctor exploring health tech, product, and partnerships while leveraging NHS experience, though medical training is useful rather than essential.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end information-gathering and outreach programs across NHS organizations, publishers, professional societies, and universities
• Build and maintain tracking systems for contacts, documents, deadlines, responses, and follow-ups in a single, always-current location
• Design and deploy AI-agent workflows to automate repetitive, multi-step outreach tasks and maintain them in production
• Audit agent outputs, identify failure modes, refine workflows, and determine where human review is non-negotiable
• Draft communications to NHS teams, publishers, societies, and universities in the appropriate professional register
• Map the clinical knowledge landscape to identify key holders, decision-makers, and priority partnership conversations
• Prepare for founder-level partnership meetings, maintain accurate notes, and close all action items promptly
• Surface risks, gaps, and decisions proactively with concise updates

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• 2+ years owning complex operational, clinical, or partnership work (we prioritize what you've delivered over time served)
• Genuine enthusiasm for how great software can transform workflows and experiences
• Advanced fluency with AI tools—you've built agent workflows or automations that others depend on and understand their limitations
• Ability to manage many concurrent threads without dropping any, with strong prioritization judgment
• Demonstrated passion for AI through hands-on building, prototyping, or side projects
• Builder mentality—you default to solving problems yourself rather than escalating requests
• Intellectual confidence combined with openness to being wrong; you care about the best idea winning

Useful but not essential:

• Experience working in or closely with the NHS
• Medical training at FY2 level or beyond, particularly if currently F3 or F4
• Current NHS affiliation and NHS.net email address (must be used in line with organizational policies)
• Understanding of UK hospital workflows and how clinicians access information at point of care
• Familiarity with clinical journals, publishers, guideline bodies, societies, and universities
• Background in health tech, clinical informatics, research, quality improvement, product operations, or early-stage companies
