Wir vertreten einen führenden Digital-Commerce-Dienstleister mit Sitz in Frankfurt am Main. Unser Mandant arbeitet mit namhaften Marken aus den Bereichen D2C, B2C und B2B – vom Start-up bis zum DAX-Konzern. Als Senior UX/UI Designer übernimmst du die fachliche Leitung eines dreiköpfigen Designteams und gestaltest gleichzeitig anspruchsvolle E-Commerce-Projekte.
Diese Position verbindet Design-Expertise mit Teamführung und strategischer Kundenberatung. Du entwickelst Prozesse, etablierst Standards und bleibst operativ nah am Projekt – von User Journeys über Wireframes bis zu interaktiven Prototypen.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Fachliche und persönliche Weiterentwicklung eines dreiköpfigen UX/UI-Teams
- Steuerung von Projekten und Etablierung klarer Design-Standards über alle Kundenprojekte hinweg
- Erstellung von User Journeys, Wireframes und interaktiven Prototypen in Figma für verschiedene Kundengrößen und -anforderungen
- Konzeption und Durchführung praxisnaher UX/UI-Workshops für Kunden und Team
- Qualitätssicherung durch kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Tools, Trends und Designprinzipien
- Recherche und Bewertung von E-Commerce-Trends und Best Practices zur kompetenten Kundenberatung
- Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden unterschiedlicher Größenordnungen im E-Commerce-Umfeld
Was wir suchen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung in Design, Mediendesign, Medieninformatik oder verwandter Fachrichtung (Praxiserfahrung zählt mehr als Abschlussgrad)
- Mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung im UX/UI-Bereich einer Agentur oder im E-Commerce-Umfeld
- Erste Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung eines Teams – idealerweise im Agentur- oder Beratungskontext
- Sichere Beherrschung von Figma sowie fundierte Kenntnisse der Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Motion-Design-Skills in After Effects oder Premiere
- Ausgeprägtes Auge für Ästhetik und Detailgenauigkeit
- Kommunikationsstärke und Organisationstalent für Team- und Projektsteuerung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Bereitschaft, 2-3 Tage pro Woche im Büro in Frankfurt präsent zu sein

Vergütung
Die Vergütung wird direkt mit unserem Mandanten verhandelt und richtet sich nach deiner Erfahrung und Verantwortung. Zusätzlich erwarten dich leistungsorientierte Bonuszahlungen sowie eine monatliche Benefitcard mit 50 Euro netto. Das Gesamtpaket umfasst außerdem ein persönliches Weiterbildungsbudget, 30 Tage Urlaub und flexible Arbeitszeiten.
