Senior Sales Engineer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential workflow automation organization seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join their remote team. This role sits at the intersection of technical expertise and customer engagement, helping enterprises evaluate and adopt enterprise orchestration technology.

As part of our client's presales team, you will demonstrate product value, guide technical evaluations, and partner with account executives to convert prospects into customers. This is a high-impact role requiring both technical acumen and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Map customer requirements to the product portfolio and articulate business value
• Develop customized evaluation plans and deliver compelling product demonstrations
• Conduct technical Q&A sessions and address product-related inquiries during the sales cycle
• Support RFI/RFP completion and technical documentation requirements
• Collaborate with Account Executives to develop account strategies and execute presales engagements
• Create code snippets and technical demonstrations tailored to prospect needs
• Maintain and enhance presales content, technical artifacts, and demonstration environments
• Qualify opportunities and drive evaluation processes to successful closure

What We're Looking For

• Strong technical foundation: degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
• Solid understanding of programming fundamentals, modern software engineering practices, and IT/system architectures
• Proven Sales Engineering or Pre-Sales experience with deep knowledge of sales cycles and value-based selling
• Experience with stakeholder engagement, objection handling, and consultative selling approaches
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts for varied audiences
• Fluency in English (C1/C2 level or native proficiency)
• Willingness and ability to use technical products hands-on
• Flexibility to travel occasionally for customer meetings, events, and team collaboration
• Interest in cutting-edge software technologies and process automation
