Enterprise Account Executive – Israel

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential SaaS organization in their search for an Enterprise Account Executive focused on the Israel market. This Paris-based role requires professional fluency in both English and Hebrew.

Our client is a rapidly growing business planning platform serving enterprise organizations across multiple industries. You'll be responsible for the full sales cycle with C-suite executives and business leaders throughout Israel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete sales cycle from initial interest through deal close for enterprise accounts in Israel
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite leaders across various industries
• Develop detailed business plans to achieve quarterly and annual quotas
• Consult with prospects on business objectives and requirements to build long-term partnerships
• Coordinate cross-functionally with customer success and technical teams throughout the sales process
• Model use cases demonstrating business transformation across different verticals
• Negotiate agreements and maintain accurate sales data and forecasting
• Partner with customer success to maximize client retention and expansion
• Analyze sales insights and experiment with new growth strategies for the Israel market

What We're Looking For

• Proven B2B Enterprise Account Executive experience in SaaS, preferably in finance or business planning software
• Demonstrated ability to open and develop enterprise markets, specifically Israel
• Track record of building executive relationships and closing complex deals with large organizations
• Experience navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles and aligning decision-makers at each stage
• Strong affinity for technology and product concepts, with understanding of finance or business planning processes
• History of significant revenue achievement (President's Club, Chairman's Club, or equivalent recognition)
• Resourceful problem-solver who understands client business needs and strategic objectives
• Professional fluency in both English and Hebrew is mandatory
• Based in Paris or willing to relocate (hybrid remote policy)
