About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a fast-growing technology company in the hospitality sector. They are building an ambitious AI-powered platform and are seeking an exceptional Founder in Residence to join them in London.

This is not a traditional role—you won't be joining an existing department. Instead, you'll be identifying major market opportunities, building new product verticals from the ground up, and growing them into standalone businesses. You'll have the resources, infrastructure, and executive backing of an established company while operating with the autonomy and impact of a founder.

Responsibilities

• Identify and validate high-potential business opportunities within the hospitality technology space through customer research and direct market engagement
• Define product vision, strategy, and go-to-market plans for new ventures
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and AI teams to build and launch rapidly
• Recruit and lead your own cross-functional team as the venture scales
• Own end-to-end business performance including growth, product adoption, customer success, and financial metrics
• Make data-driven decisions and iterate quickly based on customer feedback
• Present progress and strategy directly to the executive team
• Build ventures that can operate as independent divisions with meaningful recurring revenue

• Comfortable wearing multiple hats across product, sales, marketing, and operations
• AI-native mindset and enthusiasm for leveraging emerging technologies
• Previous startup experience as a founder, early employee, product leader, operator, or investor is highly valued but not required
• Experience in hospitality, property technology, or related sectors is a plus
