About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential deep-tech organization at the forefront of AI-driven materials innovation. Due to rapid global expansion and the launch of a cutting-edge AI platform, we are seeking a Foundry Partnerships Manager to join their Partnerships team in London, UK. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the Head of Partnerships, ideal for a senior professional passionate about building ecosystems that accelerate breakthrough technologies.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary operational bridge for technology partners, enterprise clients, and research institutions across Europe, the USA, and APAC
- Design, coordinate, and host a comprehensive global engagement strategy to activate the partner ecosystem
- Build scalable partner frameworks that support platform adoption and market delivery
- Manage day-to-day engagement with global stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional timelines between external partner teams and internal leadership
- Partner closely with the Head of Partnerships and Chief Strategy Officer to align ecosystem activities with strategic roadmaps
- Collaborate with AI Research, Computational Chemistry, and Product teams to channel partner feedback into platform development priorities
- Work alongside marketing and PR functions to spotlight partner success stories and novel applications
- Independently create and manage events and conferences end-to-end, from concept through delivery
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Skills:
- Genuine interest in how frontier AI can revolutionize materials science and sustainable technologies
- Proven track record in ecosystem management, strategic alliances, or technical community building within high-growth startups or deep-tech environments
- Substantial experience communicating and building relationships with executive-level stakeholders
- Experience independently creating and managing events and conferences, including initiatives run alongside or on behalf of Fortune 100 companies
- Extensive global cross-cultural experience with proven ability to engage and build trust with senior stakeholders across international borders (Europe, USA, APAC)
- Confident, charismatic communicator with direct experience hosting, moderating, and organizing both virtual webinars and premium in-person events for technical audiences
- Solid foundational understanding of or proximity to the semiconductor ecosystem, hardware roadmaps, or advanced materials development
Bonus Qualifications:
- Professional background within a semiconductor foundry, design firm, or electronics materials supplier
- Native or professional fluency in a second language (e.g., Japanese, Korean, German)
- Academic background or deep literacy in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or Electrical Engineering
- Experience managing joint ecosystem programs alongside major hardware technology companies
Additional Considerations:
- Office presence three days per week depending on project requirements
- Regular travel to partner sites and other locations for collaboration and project work
