Field Account Executive

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential hospitality technology client seeking a Field Account Executive to join their London team. Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is partnering with a fast-growing SaaS organization that provides point-of-sale and business management solutions to restaurants, cafés, bars, and hotels across EMEA.

This is a field-based sales role where you'll build relationships with hospitality businesses across London, guiding them from initial conversations through to implementation and ongoing partnership. You'll work with an entrepreneurial mindset, managing your territory independently whilst contributing to a collaborative regional team.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of the London hospitality market to identify trends and business opportunities
• Execute territory sales plans using market research and competitive insights
• Conduct high-velocity in-person meetings and presentations to convert prospects into customers
• Manage the full sales cycle from needs analysis and solution design through to contract agreements and onboarding
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce to support forecasting and reporting
• Drive outbound prospecting initiatives and attend industry events to generate qualified leads
• Deliver consistent revenue growth across your territory through strategic account management
• Provide market feedback to internal teams to refine go-to-market strategies

What We're Looking For

• Proven field sales and outbound sales experience, ideally within SaaS, technology, or hospitality sectors
• Strong understanding of the hospitality industry including restaurants, cafés, bars, and hotels
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms for managing leads and opportunities
• Excellent pipeline management skills including territory planning, lead generation, and new business development
• Strong presentation, communication, and customer service capabilities
• Data-driven approach to sales performance and decision-making
• Self-motivated and comfortable in a quota-driven, competitive environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills
