Customer Success Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential cybersecurity organization seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their growing team. This role focuses on renewal and expansion within an established mid-market client portfolio, combining relationship management with revenue growth objectives.

As part of our client's Customer Success team, you'll be responsible for maintaining and growing revenue from existing accounts while ensuring customers achieve maximum value from their security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewal and expansion revenue within an assigned book of mid-sized commercial accounts
• Forecast and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
• Onboard new clients and drive product adoption through strategic guidance and support
• Proactively address customer concerns and challenges to maintain long-term relationships
• Conduct value-driven communications and meetings to maintain high client satisfaction
• Collaborate with Territory Managers and Sales Engineers to identify expansion opportunities
• Identify growth opportunities through relationship building and in-depth discovery conversations
• Advocate for customer feedback within the organization to drive product and service improvements
• Maintain accurate forecasting and account documentation in CRM systems

What We're Looking For

• BA/BS degree required
• 5+ years of sales experience with focus on renewals or account growth
• Proven experience selling SaaS, on-demand, or subscription-based solutions
• Consistent, documented track record of achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
• Strong ability to articulate product value and overcome objections
• Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working collaboratively across teams to drive results
• Working knowledge of Google Suite and Salesforce.com
• Ability to quickly learn and communicate complex technical solutions
• Located in the USA; hybrid work arrangement available
