Mobile Phone & Device Repair Technician

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential client operating a premium brand experience space in Kings Cross, London. Our talent team is seeking an experienced Mobile Phone & Device Repair Technician to join their technical support operation.

In this role, you'll manage the complete repair journey for mobile devices and consumer electronics. You'll be responsible for diagnosing faults, conducting Level 2 repairs, managing stock and parts inventory, performing quality controls, and ensuring service delivery meets established KPIs. This position requires strong technical capabilities combined with excellent organizational skills in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform Level 2 mobile phone and device repairs with 100% functionality standards
• Diagnose technical faults accurately and efficiently
• Manage stock levels and coordinate parts ordering to maintain repair capacity
• Conduct in/out quality control checks and out-of-box testing
• Track service delivery in real time against performance targets
• Determine warranty status and process insurance claims for out-of-warranty repairs
• Log repairs in tracking systems and process payments where applicable
• Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless customer experience
• Handle aftercare inquiries and customer concerns professionally
• Maintain inventory management and stock organization

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience performing Level 2 repairs on Samsung mobile phones
• Track record working in fast-paced repair environments with quick turnaround expectations
• Experience working both independently and as part of a technical team
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and KPI targets
• Background in inventory and stock management
• Experience handling customer complaints and aftercare situations
• Strong communication skills when liaising across departments
• Ability to work 37.5 hours per week across a Monday-Sunday rotating schedule
• Right to work in the UK
