Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential enterprise software organization in Regensburg seeking a Product Manager for their Identity Visibility & Intelligence portfolio. In this role, you will:
- Own the roadmap and backlog for your product area, writing and prioritizing epics and user stories while conducting refinements with the development team
- Lead product discovery independently, gathering feedback from customers, consulting teams, and implementation partners, analyzing product telemetry to determine what gets built
- Drive one of the strategic initiatives, such as governance for AI agents and non-human identities or AI-supported access management
- Measure adoption post-release, analyze usage patterns, and actively steer improvements rather than abandoning features after delivery
- Enable sales, marketing, and partner teams through compelling positioning, targeted enablement, and successful product launches
What We're Looking For
- Product management experience with complex enterprise software, having owned a product or product area over an extended period
- Experience in IAM/IGA is a strong plus, but not required—more important is demonstrable depth in a complex, regulated domain (whether IAM, finance, medical technology, or industrial sectors)
- Evidence-based decision-making skills using customer conversations and usage data, not the loudest voice in the room
- Technical proficiency to discuss data models and integration patterns with architects without dictating implementation
- Fluent German and English language skills
