Marketing Lead

About the Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI-powered SaaS organization serving professional services firms across the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. Our client has achieved significant traction with 1,900+ customers and holds industry accreditations from leading professional bodies. They are now ready to build their first dedicated marketing function in the UK market.

This is a foundational hire. You will own marketing strategy and execution, building a demand generation engine from the ground up. There is no existing playbook—just a proven sales motion, a product in daily use, strong market credentials, and a fast-moving organization ready to invest in growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the pipeline generation strategy: SEO and content, paid search and LinkedIn advertising, email nurture campaigns, webinars, and free-trial initiatives
• Develop and refine brand positioning for the UK accountancy and legal markets, including website optimization, thought leadership content, case studies, PR, and awards
• Lead product marketing: translate product capabilities into messaging that resonates with tax partners and managing partners, maintain competitive positioning, and create sales enablement materials
• Plan and execute events strategy, including industry conferences, professional body events, customer roundtables, and community building (some UK travel required)
• Establish measurement frameworks and attribution reporting in CRM systems to track performance and optimize spend
• Report on qualified pipeline delivered to the sales team—your primary success metric

What We're Looking For

• 5–8 years of B2B marketing experience, with several years in SaaS or subscription-based products; experience marketing to professional services firms (accountancy, legal, or financial services) is highly valued
• Proven track record building marketing functions or programs from early stages—you are comfortable setting strategy and executing hands-on work
• Strong command of marketing tools and platforms: SEO and analytics, paid search and social, marketing automation, CRM systems, and AI-powered marketing tools
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear, credible content for sophisticated professional audiences
• Commercial mindset focused on pipeline and revenue rather than vanity metrics; experience collaborating closely with sales teams
• Genuine interest in AI technology and the transformation of professional services firms
• Must have the right to work in the UK

Bonus qualifications: Prior experience marketing to accountants or lawyers; familiarity with professional body ecosystems; hands-on webinar or partnership marketing experience.

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: £55,000–£70,000 base, depending on experience.
