CDI – Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Strat Data – Paris

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential data consulting organization with operations across Europe. Our talent team is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Paris office and lead recruitment efforts for their strategic data consulting practice.

This is a permanent contract (CDI) position based in the 9th arrondissement of Paris. You will work autonomously within the French Talent Acquisition team, reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, and manage end-to-end recruitment for data consulting profiles ranging from Junior to Manager level.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment Management

• Gather and challenge hiring needs with operational managers
• Define and implement tailored recruitment approaches for each role
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, HR interviews, evaluation coordination, and offer management
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines

Business Partnership

• Advise and challenge managers throughout the process to ensure objective, consistent hiring decisions
• Ensure proper application of recruitment processes and evaluation methods
• Deliver high-quality recruitment experiences for both candidates and internal stakeholders

Continuous Improvement

• Identify friction points and contribute to process and practice improvements
• Maintain data quality and reliability in the ATS (Greenhouse)
• Contribute to Talent Acquisition team projects and initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within consulting or professional services environments
• Mastery of full-cycle recruiting with strong sourcing and direct approach capabilities
• Ability to independently manage and prioritize a recruitment portfolio
• Business partner mindset with the ability to advise and challenge stakeholders
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and ATS platforms
• Good level of English required
• French language fluency essential for this Paris-based role

Pay

Our client offers up to €44,000 annually depending on experience. This is a full-time permanent contract with benefits including continuous training, flexible remote work arrangements, team events, and a central Paris 9th location.
