Juriste Stagiaire (PPI, Stage M2) – Droit Commercial

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential grocery technology organization expanding across Europe. Based in Paris, you will join the legal team and work closely with the France Legal Director and operational teams. Your responsibilities will include:

• Commercial contracts: review, comment on, and negotiate daily contracts with the support of senior legal counsel, managing them through to signature
• Commercial leases: review offer letters and work on initial lease drafts, ensuring follow-through to signature
• Serve as the primary legal contact for operational teams, particularly commercial, safety, and infrastructure departments
• Assist the legal team with long-term projects including pre-litigation matters and complex contract negotiations
• Manage corporate secretarial work and training initiatives, including capital increases, account approvals, and operational training materials

What We're Looking For

• Currently completing PPI (école d'avocats) or Master 2 in Law with strong knowledge of French business law, including private law, contracts, consumer law, distribution, and real estate
• Professional-level English ability for meetings, communication, and reading/writing business documents (English is the working language)
• Quick, dynamic, autonomous, and rigorous with strong team spirit and initiative
• Available for a 6-month internship starting January 2027
• Currently residing in or able to relocate to Paris
