We are representing a confidential executive search firm seeking a Research Consultant for their Munich office. This part-time position (20-25 hours per week) offers an excellent entry point into professional recruiting, with responsibility for candidate research, identification, and communication across various search mandates in industrial, technology, and consumer sectors.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify qualified candidates for active search mandates across multiple industries
• Analyze relevant companies, markets, and candidate profiles to build comprehensive target lists
• Create and maintain target company lists, long lists, and candidate overviews
• Proactively approach potential candidates through various recruiting channels with individualized messaging
• Manage candidate communication throughout the process and coordinate next steps
• Structure and prepare research findings and candidate information for consultants
• Support preparation and organization of ongoing search projects
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and consultants
• Maintain and update candidate and project information in CRM systems
• Document project progress and regularly align with assigned consultants
• Participate in project briefings and regular team meetings

What We're Looking For

Essential requirements:

• Availability for 20-25 hours per week (student or part-time professional)
• Strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, and business markets
• Structured, careful, and reliable working style
• Enjoyment of research and systematic information gathering
• Quick learner with ability to grasp new topics efficiently
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Good English language skills for understanding profiles and information
• Location in or near Munich, Germany

Beneficial but not required:

• Studies in business psychology, business administration, psychology, HR management, or related fields
• Previous experience in recruiting or research
