E-Mail Marketing / CRM Manager | 100% Remote (m/w/d)

About This Role

We are representing a confidential e-commerce marketing agency that specializes in email and CRM strategy for growing direct-to-consumer brands. Our talent team is seeking an E-Mail Marketing / CRM Manager to take full ownership of client accounts—from strategy development through hands-on execution in Klaviyo.

This is a 100% remote position based in Germany. You'll work directly with brand clients, building campaigns and automations that drive measurable revenue growth. You'll coordinate with copywriters, designers, and technical specialists while having direct access to the founders for mentoring and career development.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own client accounts end-to-end, including goal alignment, campaign roadmaps, and monthly performance reporting
• Build and deploy email campaigns and automations directly in Klaviyo, coordinating with internal design and copywriting resources
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in strategy calls, feedback sessions, and performance reviews
• Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and implement data-driven optimizations
• Develop and test new campaign concepts and strategies that increase client revenue and customer retention
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to enhance workflow efficiency and campaign quality

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM, ideally with e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands (senior candidates with more experience are welcome)
• Hands-on proficiency building campaigns and automations in Klaviyo or similar ESP platforms
• Strong communication skills with confidence leading client calls and delivering strategic recommendations
• Strategic thinking: ability to identify high-impact initiatives and prioritize effectively
• Eye for quality copy and design standards, even when coordinating with specialists
• Comfort using AI-powered tools to accelerate work quality and speed
• Fluent German (written and spoken) plus solid English skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and ready to take ownership with a growth mindset
