Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential manufacturing client in Bad Salzuflen seeking a skilled IT Systems Specialist to serve as the primary technical contact on-site.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive technical support to end users, ensuring smooth daily operations through fast, competent, and solution-oriented assistance.

• First and Second Level Support: Serve as the first point of contact for all IT issues on-site, analyzing and resolving technical problems quickly and reliably via phone, email, or remote support in both German and English
• Infrastructure Management: Support IT infrastructure with focus on user support for client/server environments, printers, and label printers, ensuring reliable operations through your technical expertise
• Documentation: Maintain clear and systematic documentation of IT processes and support procedures to ensure transparency and efficient team workflows
• Deployment and Training Support: Handle installation, administration, and rollout of hardware and software in Windows environments as well as iPhones and iPads; provide support during training sessions and system implementations
• System Administration: Assist with administration of Windows and iOS systems, coordinate with external partners as needed to ensure seamless hardware provisioning

What We're Looking For

• Completed vocational training in IT (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or comparable qualification
• Ideally 1-3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or infrastructure roles
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VPN/Firewall, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune
• SAP experience is desirable
• Service-oriented approach with clear communication skills and strong teamwork capabilities
• Very good German language skills and good English proficiency in written and spoken form (B1 level)
