AI Transformation Manager (f/m/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI technology organization based in Berlin that is driving enterprise-wide artificial intelligence adoption across multiple industries. Our talent team is searching for an experienced AI Transformation Manager to lead strategic change programs that bridge the gap between AI ambition and organizational reality.

In this role, you will guide clients through complete AI transformation journeys—from identifying strategic opportunities to embedding technical and cultural change at scale. You'll work with organizations ranging from mid-sized manufacturers to large enterprises, serving as a trusted advisor to executives while steering complex, cross-functional programs that deliver measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI transformation engagements from initial lighthouse projects through company-wide deployment, managing stakeholder relationships and driving organizational adoption
• Support business development by converting pipeline opportunities into multi-phase programs, contributing to proposals, pre-sales activities, and key account expansion
• Represent thought leadership on AI transformation through external engagement, producing content and challenging stakeholders with practical perspectives on adoption pathways
• Advance transformation methodologies by evolving frameworks, tools, and reusable playbooks that reflect current best practices
• Enable project teams by sharing lessons learned and fostering a results-oriented, collaborative culture
• Navigate technical trade-offs and investment decisions by applying your fluency in modern AI capabilities and machine learning solution development

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in management consulting, enterprise technology, AI/ML-driven companies, or fast-paced startup environments
• Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional transformation programs with executive stakeholder management
• Strong fluency in AI strategy, including orchestrating builds, scaling operations, and enabling leadership to make informed investment decisions
• Knowledge of common machine learning techniques and trends, with experience conceptualizing AI use cases and assessing technical feasibility
• Demonstrated expertise in change management and embedding AI capabilities within client organizations
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a can-do attitude and continuous learning orientation
