Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential tax advisory firm in Münster that is seeking a qualified Steuerberater to join their team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape your own responsibilities based on your professional strengths and interests.

Your core duties will include:

• Preparing and reviewing annual financial statements for individual and corporate clients
• Creating tax returns for partnerships and corporations
• Leading specialized tax consulting projects in areas such as inheritance tax or corporate restructuring, depending on your qualifications
• Supporting clients through tax audits and examinations
• Optionally taking on team leadership and personnel management responsibilities
• Engaging in additional practice areas that align with your expertise and career goals

Our client is seeking a certified tax advisor who brings both technical excellence and strong interpersonal skills to the role.

Required qualifications:

• Successfully completed Steuerberaterexamen (German tax advisor certification)
• Genuine passion for tax matters and staying current with regulatory changes
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of client interaction
• Meticulous, efficient, and conscientious work approach
• Openness to digital workflows and modern practice management tools

Preferred qualifications:

• Leadership experience and responsibility for developing team members
• Specialized knowledge in areas such as estate planning or transaction structuring
