Senior Sales Manager im Außendienst (m/w/d) – Berlin

Responsibilities

We are representing a fast-growing European SaaS company seeking a Senior Sales Manager for field sales in Berlin. In this role, you will own your territory and drive growth through direct customer engagement.

• Plan your week autonomously and strategically to maximize sales success across your territory
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations that showcase how the software transforms daily business operations
• Acquire new customers through cold calling, scheduled appointments, and spontaneous walk-ins at business locations
• Collaborate with the team to develop and refine sales strategies that drive collective success
• Manage your pipeline and customer relationships using CRM systems

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales and new customer acquisition
• Proven track record in B2B sales with strong closing skills
• Autonomous working style with excellent planning and goal-setting abilities
• Technical aptitude and demonstrated experience with CRM systems
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within your sales region
• Near-native German proficiency and good English communication skills
• Passion for sales and genuine enjoyment of customer interaction

Pay
