Responsibilities

Our talent team is representing a confidential HR technology community in their search for a Chief Commercial Officer based in London. This senior leadership role centers on driving commercial strategy and marketing execution for a fast-growing events and media organization.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Set clear goals and expectations, evaluate team performance regularly, and lead recruitment and onboarding efforts.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business objectives.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing, social media, and web properties.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the HR technology sector.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of work experience with outstanding performance in marketing, commercial leadership, or related fields

This is an in-person role working Monday through Friday from the office near Victoria Station in London. International travel opportunities are included for conference participation.
