About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech client seeking interns to join their Berlin office. This is a rare opportunity to work at a fast-growing financial technology organization during a period of rapid expansion. Our client is building innovative infrastructure in the payments and banking space, backed by top-tier venture capital firms.

You'll join one of several core teams—including executive operations, product, growth, or talent—and own meaningful work from day one. This is not a traditional internship program; you'll run day-to-day responsibilities while leading one or two larger strategic projects that directly impact the business.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end projects across operations, product development, growth initiatives, or talent acquisition depending on team placement
• Build and optimize workflows using automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make)
• Collaborate with senior leadership, external partners, and candidates on critical initiatives
• Leverage AI tools to maximize personal productivity and solve complex problems
• Design systems and processes that scale, reducing manual effort and increasing efficiency
• Take initiative on undefined problems and create solutions without existing playbooks

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier institution
• 1-2 previous internships or roles in high-growth startups, venture capital, or consulting; or demonstrated initiative through side projects, student organizations, research, or entrepreneurial experiences
• Available for a 3-6 month commitment
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
• Proficiency with workflow automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make)
• Comfortable building a personal AI productivity stack and adopting new AI tools as defaults
• Strong communication skills with ability to engage senior stakeholders
• Low ego with willingness to contribute wherever needed most
• Systems-thinking mindset focused on automation over manual processes
• High agency and relentless problem-solving approach
