About This Opportunity
Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential SaaS organization that serves the hospitality sector globally. We're seeking a Business Development Executive to join their London office and work with hotel owners across Europe and the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their sales career to join a fast-growing technology platform. You'll receive comprehensive training including a month-long onboarding program, dedicated coaching, and buddy support to ensure your success.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients and identify upsell opportunities with existing customers across European territories
- Achieve sales KPIs and targets while finalizing deals in a timely manner
- Prepare accurate quotes and present professional proposals to hotel owners
- Negotiate contracts that balance client value with company profitability
- Maintain accurate records of all business development activities in the CRM system
- Complete all post-sales documentation to facilitate trial setups and subscription transitions
- Provide product feedback from clients to inform development priorities
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 12 months of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales experience
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Confident phone presence with fearlessness in leading prospect meetings
- Excellent listening skills and strong verbal communication abilities
- Self-motivated with resilience to consistently perform at a high level
- Growth mindset with openness to feedback and coaching
- Professional written and phone communication skills
