Senior Fullstack Developer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential visual technology organization seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to join their award-winning engineering team. This is a permanent, remote role with occasional in-person collaboration required at their London studio. Please note that visa sponsorship and relocation support are not available for this position.

Our client combines cutting-edge technology with creative workflows, building modern cloud-forward solutions that power advertising and brand management platforms. You'll work on end-to-end web features while exploring AI-assisted development techniques as part of a collaborative, agile team.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack web features with clean, maintainable code
• Work within an agile team practicing continuous delivery and test-driven development (TDD)
• Implement robust security measures and useful metrics for all features
• Explore and integrate AI techniques for code and media generation where appropriate
• Mentor junior developers and champion strong engineering practices
• Collaborate closely with product management, artists, and creative directors
• Commit frequently and communicate continuously to deliver measurable value with every change

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Demonstrable expertise developing features for web platforms at scale
• Experience working with large applications in production environments
• Strong communication skills and proactive approach to learning
• Solid grasp of modern software development practices, including continuous delivery and TDD
• Proven ability to solve complex problems independently with high-quality code
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Vite
• Hands-on experience with Python, FastAPI, and databases

Preferred experience:

• VFX, animation tools, or creative pipelines
• Cloud platform development, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Building features involving AI agents
• UX/DX design with a product-focused mindset
