Marketing Manager (m/w/d) – Beauty & Medical

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential beauty and medical aesthetics organization with locations in Hamburg. Our client operates two distinct brands—one focused on beauty services and one on medical aesthetics—and is looking for a Marketing Manager to develop both brand worlds with creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution.

This is not a role for someone who simply maintains existing processes. Our client needs someone who understands the difference between emotional, trend-driven beauty marketing and the trust-based, expertise-focused communication required in medical aesthetics—and knows how to translate both into customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for both beauty and medical aesthetics brands
• Plan and manage campaigns across all relevant channels
• Create content, social media, and campaign concepts tailored to each brand
• Plan promotions, product launches, and treatment introductions
• Oversee social media management and coordinate photo/video productions
• Manage relationships with creators, influencers, agencies, and external partners
• Optimize websites, landing pages, and the digital customer journey
• Collaborate closely with performance marketing teams
• Develop initiatives for customer acquisition, activation, and retention
• Support local marketing efforts across multiple locations
• Analyze KPIs and continuously optimize marketing activities
• Monitor trends in beauty, medical aesthetics, social media, and digital marketing
• Ensure consistent, high-quality brand presentation across both brands

What We're Looking For

Professional Experience:

• 1–2 years of marketing experience, ideally in brand, digital, or content marketing
• Experience concepting and executing marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current social media formats
• Knowledge of performance marketing, paid social, and relevant marketing KPIs
• Experience with content and editorial planning
• Background working with creators, influencers, and agencies
• Understanding of websites, landing pages, conversion, and customer journey
• Experience in beauty, cosmetics, lifestyle, healthcare, or medical aesthetics is a significant plus
