About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a boutique performance marketing agency based in Munich. Our client specializes in e-commerce and works with established direct-to-consumer brands across multiple sectors. They're seeking a Junior Online Marketing Manager to join their team in the heart of Schwabing.
This role offers structured onboarding and clear progression from junior-level execution to independent account ownership. You'll work directly with experienced marketing professionals who will guide your development over approximately one year.
Responsibilities
- Support campaign setup and ongoing optimization for client accounts
- Gradually assume ownership of real brand accounts, progressing toward full independent management

What We're Looking For
- Approximately one year of professional experience in online marketing (specific discipline is secondary)
- Meticulous, self-motivated working style with genuine interest in working with numbers and data
- Current residence in Munich or willingness to relocate
- Very good German language skills (required for client communication)
