About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential enterprise SaaS client in their search for a Senior Strategic Consultant to join their Professional Services team in the UK. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with enterprise customers, translating digital experience data into measurable business outcomes through strategic consulting and analytics delivery.

In this role, you will serve as a senior, client-facing consultant responsible for delivering strategic, analytical, and enablement services. You will combine consulting expertise, project management, and digital analytics knowledge to help customers understand their digital experience, prioritize opportunities, and drive action.

Responsibilities

You will work across two primary engagement models:

• One-off consulting missions: Lead and deliver defined projects including analyses, workshops, and training sessions
• Managed-services engagements: Act as delivery owner and project manager for ongoing customer relationships, managing service roadmaps, coordinating contributors, and ensuring continuous value delivery

Delivery ownership:

• Own strategic consulting and analytics engagements from discovery through completion
• Define project objectives, scope, milestones, working methods, deliverables, and success criteria
• Build and manage delivery plans, priorities, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
• Coordinate work across Data Analysts, UX Design Consultants, Implementation Managers, and Training Consultants
• Escalate delivery risks, scope issues, and capacity constraints appropriately

Analytics and platform expertise:

• Analyze digital experience data and translate findings into clear business insights and actionable recommendations
• Prepare and deliver analyses, executive readouts, workshops, and training sessions
• Help customers define use cases, measurement approaches, prioritization frameworks, and roadmaps
• Assess data collection, tagging plans, data quality, and measurement frameworks
• Understand how digital analytics connects with broader data ecosystems including business intelligence tools, data warehouses, and APIs

Customer partnership:

• Facilitate discussions with operational teams, analytics teams, technical stakeholders, and senior leaders
• Build trusted relationships with enterprise customers as a reliable advisor on digital experience priorities
• Communicate complex analytical concepts clearly to audiences with varying expertise levels
• Monitor customer adoption, engagement, and delivery progress proactively

What We're Looking For

Experience and background:

• Approximately 5-6 years in management consulting, strategic consulting, digital consulting, professional services, or similar customer-facing advisory roles
• Experience working with large enterprise customers and navigating complex stakeholder environments
• Demonstrated experience managing projects from discovery through delivery
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills, including workshop and executive discussion facilitation

Technical capabilities:

• Practical experience with digital analytics, business intelligence, conversion optimization, or customer experience analytics
• Familiarity with digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
• Understanding of tagging plans, data collection, data quality, measurement frameworks, and data structures
• Ability to interpret data, develop analyses, and communicate implications and recommendations clearly
• Practical curiosity about AI, data flows, data warehouses, APIs, and modern digital analytics ecosystems

Professional skills:

• Structured thinking and strong problem-solving skills with ability to frame ambiguous challenges
• Strong project management skills including planning, prioritization, risk management, and stakeholder coordination
• Ability to work independently across a changing mix of missions and managed-services engagements
• Comfortable collaborating across Customer Success, Sales, and specialist teams

Language and location requirements:

• Full professional fluency in both French and English, including ability to lead customer conversations, workshops, and presentations in French
• Availability to work primarily during French or Central European business hours
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer engagements and team meetings
• Based in the UK
