Unser Mandant sucht eine erfahrene Führungskraft im Artistmanagement und Influencer Marketing, die ein engagiertes Team leitet und kreative Kampagnen für digitale Talente entwickelt.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Leitung des Artist-Management-Teams als Hauptansprechpartner für Talente und Influencer
- Akquise neuer Kooperationspartner, Erstellung von Angeboten und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
- Verhandlung von Verträgen und Preiskonditionen mit Partnern und Dienstleistern
- Entwicklung innovativer Content-Konzepte und Formate in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Talenten
- Koordination zwischen Talenten und Partnern sowie Planung strategischer Einsätze
- Identifizierung und Rekrutierung neuer Talente für bestehende und zukünftige Projekte
- Förderung zukunftsorientierter Arbeitsweisen und Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
Wen wir suchen
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Artistmanagement, Influencer Marketing oder Online Marketing (z.B. in einer Digital-, Social Media- oder PR-Agentur)
- Ausgeprägtes Gespür für aktuelle Entwicklungen im digitalen Sektor, Konsumentenverhalten und neue Technologien
- Sicherer Umgang mit allen gängigen Social-Media-Plattformen und Online-Communities
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Social-Media- und Influencer-Marketing-Kampagnen
- Hohe Kreativität und Motivation zur Entwicklung innovativer Lösungen
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamplayer-Mentalität
