About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential cybersecurity organization in Berlin for a Talent Acquisition Specialist position. This is a fixed-term parental leave cover for approximately 12 months, starting as a part-time role (60–80%) with the option to extend to full-time. You'll manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles across multiple organizations within a European cybersecurity group.

This is an on-site/hybrid position based in Berlin. Candidates must be based in Berlin with existing right to work in Germany. No visa sponsorship or remote options are available.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake call to signed offer for open roles across the cybersecurity group
• Write and post compelling job advertisements that attract high-quality candidates
• Screen applications and conduct first-round interviews with a focus on candidate experience
• Coordinate interview loops with hiring managers and technical interviewers, maintaining clear communication with candidates throughout
• Proactively source candidates for hard-to-fill technical roles via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other channels
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring role types across the organization
• Partner with hiring managers across multiple companies to understand hiring needs and local market context
• Contribute to shared recruiting standards, templates, and best practices
• Coach hiring managers on structured interviewing techniques
• Maintain ATS data accuracy including job postings, pipelines, candidate statuses, and reporting
• Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and source effectiveness

What We're Looking For

• Proven technical recruiting experience (agency or in-house) — you've successfully hired engineers, security specialists, or comparable technical profiles
• This is not an entry-level recruiting role; we need someone who can hold credible conversations with technical candidates
• Hands-on sourcing experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
• Fluency in both German and English — able to conduct interviews and write job advertisements in either language
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in pipeline management
• Genuine affinity for tech and cybersecurity talent — you understand technical roles well enough to assess and engage candidates effectively
• Comfort working across multiple stakeholders and adapting your approach to different teams and cultures
• Ownership mentality — proactive, accountable, and solutions-oriented
• Must be based in Berlin with existing right to work in Germany

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process based on your experience level and the part-time/full-time arrangement.
