About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI technology organization that is building the next generation of intelligent productivity applications. Our talent team has been engaged to identify a Business Operations Associate for their Berlin office.

This is a high-impact role where you'll work directly with leadership on the company's most critical initiatives. You'll operate across engineering, product, hiring, operations, and business development—helping to solve emerging challenges and build new capabilities as the organization scales.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution on high-priority business initiatives across multiple functions
• Partner with leadership to address complex business and product challenges
• Build and scale new teams, processes, and operational capabilities
• Lead cross-functional projects from initial planning through final delivery
• Conduct research on new markets, products, and business opportunities
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical solutions
• Take full ownership of projects and deliver measurable business outcomes
