Founder’s Associate to the CTO

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential robotics technology company in Stuttgart, and our talent team is seeking a Founder's Associate to the CTO. This is a high-impact role supporting the Chief Technology Officer in scaling both technical vision and executive operations.

You will own two core areas:

• Executive Branding & Communications: Collaborate with marketing to prepare keynote presentations, thought leadership articles, and media interviews that position technical leadership in the embodied AI and robotics space. Manage network relationships with industry experts, founders, and strategic stakeholders.
• Executive Operations: Proactively manage calendar and email prioritization, ensuring the CTO's time is optimized for strategic decision-making. Prepare briefing documents, set meeting agendas, and ensure disciplined follow-up on action items.
• Strategic Projects: Take full ownership of ad-hoc initiatives ranging from emerging technology research to board-level materials preparation. Evaluate and facilitate strategic technical partnerships to maintain competitive advantage.

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks someone who can bridge technology, communication, and operations from day one.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Computer Science, or related field
• Practical experience through internships or working student roles in startups, management consulting, or communications
• Strong interest in technology with the ability to translate complex AI and robotics concepts into clear narratives
• Builder's mindset: You take high ownership and enjoy creating processes from scratch
• Execution focus: Pragmatic, fast-moving approach without sacrificing quality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to maintain composure under pressure
• Structured, precise working style
