We are seeking a Sales Development Representative fluent in German to join their Dublin office and drive pipeline generation across German-speaking markets. Responsibilities
In this role, you will own early-stage pipeline creation and qualification across EMEA, with a focus on German-speaking markets. Your core responsibilities include:
- Building qualified revenue pipeline through personalized outbound prospecting campaigns targeting enterprise accounts
- Proactively engaging prospects across law firms, professional services organizations, and in-house legal teams via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other creative channels
- Conducting thoughtful discovery conversations to understand customer workflows and qualify opportunities for the sales team
- Responding quickly to inbound interest and ensuring timely qualification and handoff
- Partnering closely with Account Executives to develop opportunities and support early-stage deal progression
- Providing data-driven insights to inform sales strategies and improve prospecting effectiveness
- Contributing to the development of sales playbooks and documenting learnings as the team scales globally
- Consistently achieving and exceeding qualified pipeline and activity targets
What We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate combines sales development experience with intellectual curiosity about AI technology and a rigorous approach to their work:
- 1–2+ years of experience in a fast-growing startup environment, preferably in sales development or project management roles
- Fluency in both written and spoken German and English (required)
- Strong executive presence and comfort presenting to sophisticated enterprise buyers
- Independent and driven with a thoughtful, rigorous approach to work
- Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences clearly and persuasively
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft (or similar sales engagement platforms), and reporting tools
- Collaborative team player able to work effectively across internal functions
- Genuine interest in AI applications and their impact on knowledge work
- Interest in the legal profession; experience in the legal industry is a plus but not required
