Evening Therapist (MSW RSW & RP)

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential virtual mental health practice serving clients across Canada. This is an independent contractor role focused on evening availability to meet high client demand during peak booking hours.

We are seeking licensed therapists who can commit to consistent evening session slots between 6 and 9 PM EST on weekdays. This role is ideal for clinicians who want to focus on excellent client care while the practice handles marketing, intake, billing, and administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality virtual mental health therapy sessions to clients across Canada
• Conduct effective Meet & Greet sessions that build strong therapeutic matches
• Maintain consistent availability during evening hours (6 to 9 PM EST on weekdays)
• Develop thoughtful treatment plans and maintain strong client engagement and retention
• Commit to 8 to 10 hours per week, with the majority scheduled during evening windows
• Manage clinical documentation using the secure telehealth platform provided
• Participate in ongoing professional development, peer supervision, and team meetings
• Build and grow your caseload in partnership with the practice's referral and marketing support

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work or Counselling Psychology
• Current registration as MSW RSW or RP in Canada
• Minimum 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience
• Current professional liability insurance
• Reliable internet connection and secure, private workspace for virtual sessions
• Strong virtual therapy skills and comfort with telehealth platforms
• Availability from 6 to 9 PM EST on weekdays (required)
• Professional references and Vulnerable Sector Check

Strong Assets:

• Weekend or daytime availability in addition to evening hours
• Experience or certifications in ADHD and neurodiversity, EMDR, Couples Therapy, Family Therapy, IFS, anxiety, work stress and burnout, or OCD
• Fluency in languages beyond English

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process and reflect clinical experience, tenure, and market rates. The rate is part of a comprehensive model that includes the full administrative and marketing support provided by the practice.
