Talent Consultant

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential client in their search for a Talent Consultant. In this role, you'll partner with internal business groups and HR teams to identify, recruit, and screen candidates for specialized positions. You'll own the full-cycle recruiting process while ensuring candidates align with both technical requirements and organizational culture. This position requires a strategic approach to pipeline development and talent assessment across multiple departments and seniority levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers, senior recruiters, and HR business partners to define requirements, duties, and qualifications for open positions
• Source and screen candidates, selecting qualified individuals for the interview process and connecting them with hiring teams
• Verify candidate references, credentials, experience, and backgrounds
• Guide candidates through the interview and hiring process, providing consultation and support
• Gather feedback from hiring managers post-interview to assess placement success and areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines to enable rapid response to hiring needs
• Prepare weekly and quarterly recruitment reports and presentations tracking progress and metrics
• Coordinate interview logistics including meeting locations, travel, and accommodations as needed
• Ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity laws and related employment regulations
• Continuously develop expertise in talent assessment across diverse functions and organizational levels

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic talent assessment preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to conduct effective interviews
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Thorough understanding of global employment laws including EEO, ADA, and related regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience using Greenhouse applicant tracking system preferred
• CIPD, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
• SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus
• Located in the United States
