Head of Growth Marketing & GTM

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential marketplace technology client seeking a Head of Growth Marketing & GTM based in Paris. In this role, you will report to the CMO and lead a team of more than 10 marketing professionals across multiple European markets.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Driving revenue and adoption by scaling new marketing channels and executing high-impact growth projects across international markets
• Owning and leading end-to-end Go-To-Market strategy with a focus on high-converting execution across multiple local operating countries
• Managing marketing team KPIs and making data-informed decisions to maximize top-line growth and ROI
• Testing and scaling new growth channels including referrals, partnerships, and other innovative approaches to drive incremental growth
• Ensuring seamless delivery and maximized impact of critical channels and projects such as ambassador programs and sales enablement
• Aligning all marketing channels from performance to brand to ensure narrative consistency and business impact
• Guaranteeing flawless execution of major product launches, commercial projects, and high-impact local campaigns
• Collaborating with Product, Product Marketing, and regional market leads to align growth strategies across the organization

What We're Looking For

Our client needs a seasoned marketing leader with the following qualifications:

• 10+ years of marketing experience in the technology sector (required)
• Marketplace or platform experience strongly preferred
• Strategic "doer" mindset that combines long-term vision with hands-on execution and delivery
• Highly structured yet agile approach with proven ability to challenge the status quo through data-backed decisions
• Demonstrated track record of influencing and aligning stakeholders across complex, international organizations
• Fluency in English (mandatory); additional European languages are a plus
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving results in multi-country environments
