Marketing Lead – B2B

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization operating across multiple European markets. Our talent team is seeking a Marketing Lead - B2B to drive growth strategy and execution for a portfolio of salon management software products serving the beauty industry.

This is a unique opportunity to lead marketing initiatives across 14 countries, combining strategic oversight with hands-on execution. You'll manage a dedicated marketing team while orchestrating cross-functional collaboration to accelerate both partner acquisition and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-product SaaS marketing strategies across 14 international markets
• Lead B2B acquisition funnels and build scalable growth channels including referral programs and direct outreach initiatives
• Partner with CRM and Product teams to design and implement upsell strategies that maximize customer lifetime value
• Orchestrate go-to-market execution for new feature releases across all territories
• Drive lead generation and sign-up conversion in collaboration with Performance Marketing and Sales teams
• Lead and develop a team of marketers while maintaining alignment with central and local stakeholders
• Establish the platform as the most trusted partner for beauty professionals through strategic positioning and marketing execution

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of marketing experience in the tech sector (mandatory requirement)
• Prior exposure to SaaS business models is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage high complexity across multiple products and international markets
• Highly structured operational approach with proven stakeholder alignment skills
• Data-driven mindset with obsessive focus on commercial outcomes and continuous optimization
• Strong execution capabilities—you bring both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery
• Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus
• Experience leading marketing teams and cross-functional initiatives
